  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • An unboxing video is required for claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized watches.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
