To be eligible for a return:

- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) must be provided.
- An unboxing video is required for claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Change of mind after purchase.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized watches.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
